1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Non Stop API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold any licenses required in your operating jurisdiction to use the Service. You represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account & API Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your API credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Fees & Revenue Share

Fees and revenue share are described in your commercial agreement. All amounts are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or activities prohibited by applicable law.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate under the terms of the commercial agreement. We may suspend access immediately for breach or legal reasons.
